Sorry for my delay in getting back to you but I have just got back from Alghero, Sardina.  A little island off the coast of Italy. Simply gorgeous! The job at the Hilton is great. Things are going fantastically well for me at my job.  I have been promoted to Supervisor of the Bar and Restaurant and have also been asked to begin training for Duty Manager shifts all in the space of three months. Can you believe it? Considering that I hardly knew how to hold a plate when I started the workshop, let alone 3, I’m having the best time of my life so far.
